We are pleased to provide full construction services for new construction, residential additions, and major renovations. We work with partners that offer services from initial consulting, surveys, and architectural plans; through to the final touches and cleanup.

Our Process

The process is as follows:

Initial meeting

Our representative will meet with you to review your existing plans or discuss the process of creating architectural plans.

Retention of services

After a successful initial meeting, you are able to retain our services and reserve a place in the schedule. We begin the process of drawing plans, compiling preliminary estimates, and arranging for work to begin.

Follow-up meeting

At this point, sketches are presented to you along with a preliminary estimate. The decision to complete the plan and obtain a permit is made at this time.

Final Meeting

Final plans and final bid are submitted. The construction deposit is remitted and the project is ready to begin.
